The medieval town of Silvi, in the province of Teramo, is located on a hill overlooking the Adriatic Sea and Silvi Marina. Its history is related to neighbouring Atri until 1931, when Silvi became an independent municipality. Places of interest are the Church of San Salvatore of the twelfth century, the tower of Belfiore, the walls and the panoramic viewpoint: a real terrace on the sea.
